• Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security systems.
• Opening an account using another person's information or fraudulent details.
• Attempting to access or use another user's account.

Gc999 may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violating the terms and conditions or engaging in prohibited activities.
• Registering with false information or failing age verification.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Valid deposited funds (excluding bonuses) are generally refunded prior to account closure; however, this may not apply in cases of terms violations.
